At JIWU, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because each item is custom printed after your order is placed, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work quickly to make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
Because every JIWU item is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Incorrect color selected by the customer.
- Change of mind after the order has been placed or received.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
